Other litigation

Legal disputes can arise in every area of life.

As well as boundary disputes, Wills and inheritance disputes, debt recovery and landlord and tenant disputes, there are all manner of other issues that you may need advice on.

Just as there are many types of dispute, there are many ways in which those disputes can be resolved.

While litigation in Court can be necessary, it is often not the most effective way to get what you want. Court claims can be expensive, take a lot of time and harm relationships.

While a court claim may be the right approach, we will explore all the options with you. This might be a letter from us, which can often be enough to prompt action. It may be mediation or arbitration. We will listen to what is important to you, give you pragmatic advice on the different ways forward, and agree a strategy with you.
